Working with Nature

On site working is a key part of Alice Healy’s practice. It is important to Healy that she connects physically, and spiritually, to her surroundings and in particular the natural world and does this through the physical act of making rubbings and tracings. Part of her practice is also to collect items from nature and return to the studio to make drawings and other experimental work.
